3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 One-Time Pricing

We operate on a one-time payment model. The quoted price for your project is final and includes all work outlined in the project scope. There are no hidden charges or recurring fees for the development work.

3.2 Payment Terms

• Deposit: A 50% advance payment is required before project commencement
• Final Payment: The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, before final files are delivered
• Payment Methods: We accept payments via Wise and Payoneer for international clients, as well as bank transfers, and other agreed-upon payment methods

3.3 Additional Work

Any work requested beyond the original project scope will be quoted separately and must be agreed upon before implementation.

4. Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates provided at the start of the project. Actual delivery times may vary based on:

• Project complexity and scope
• Timeliness of client feedback and approvals
• Availability of required content and assets from the client
• Number of revision rounds requested

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful project completion, clients agree to:

• Provide all necessary content, images, and materials in a timely manner
• Respond to communication and feedback requests within reasonable timeframes
• Provide clear and constructive feedback during revision rounds
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule
• Ensure they have rights to all content provided for use in the project

6. Revisions and Modifications

6.1 Included Revisions

Each project includes a reasonable number of revision rounds as specified in your project agreement. Revisions must be related to the original project scope.

6.2 Additional Revisions

Revision requests beyond the included rounds or outside the original scope may incur additional charges, which will be communicated before work begins.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Ownership Transfer

Upon full payment, ownership of the custom-designed website and its unique elements transfers to the client, except for:

• Third-party plugins, libraries, or frameworks used under their respective licenses
• Stock images or assets that require separate licensing
• Reusable code components that may be used in other projects

7.2 Portfolio Rights

SkyRise Studio reserves the right to display completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of all client information and project details. We will not share your business information, strategies, or proprietary content with third parties without your consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

SkyRise Studio shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services
• Delays caused by factors outside our control
• Issues arising from third-party services, hosting providers, or integrations
• Loss of data or business interruption

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project in question.

10. Cancellation and Refunds

10.1 Cancellation by Client

• If cancelled before work begins: Full refund of deposit minus processing fees
• If cancelled after work begins: Refund based on work not yet completed
• If cancelled after 50% completion: No refund; client receives work completed to date

10.2 Cancellation by SkyRise Studio

We reserve the right to cancel a project if the client fails to meet their responsibilities, including non-payment or unresponsiveness for extended periods. In such cases, refunds will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

11. Website Hosting and Domain

11.1 Setup Assistance

As part of our service, we assist you in setting up your website hosting and domain registration. This includes:

• Guidance on selecting a suitable hosting provider based on your needs
• Assistance with domain name registration
• Complete website deployment and configuration
• DNS setup and SSL certificate installation

11.2 Direct Payment to Providers

Hosting and domain are recurring expenses that you pay directly to the service provider (such as Hostinger, GoDaddy, Bluehost, etc.). This means:

• You own your hosting account - Full control and access to your hosting dashboard
• You own your domain - Registered in your name with full ownership rights
• Direct billing - The hosting provider bills you directly for renewals
• No middleman fees - You pay provider rates without any markup from us

11.3 Typical Costs (Paid to Providers)

For your reference, typical annual costs are:

• Domain: AED 20 - 70/year ($6 - $18 USD) depending on extension (.com, .ae, etc.)
• Hosting: AED 90 - 220/year ($24 - $60 USD) depending on plan and provider

These are approximate costs and may vary based on the provider and plan you choose.

11.4 Renewal Responsibility

It is your responsibility to:

• Renew your domain before it expires
• Maintain your hosting subscription
• Keep payment information updated with your provider

We recommend enabling auto-renewal to avoid any service interruption.

12. Website Maintenance (Optional)

After project delivery, ongoing maintenance and updates can be arranged separately:

• Content Updates: Text, images, and minor changes
• Security Updates: Keeping your website secure and up-to-date
• Technical Support: Troubleshooting and issue resolution

Maintenance packages are available upon request and will be quoted based on your specific needs.

14. Dispute Resolution

SkyRise Studio reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the appropriate courts.
